Decoration Options Available?

We offer 2 main methods, Embroidery and Digital Print.  We do have other methods available and may use them as we see fit.

Design Work?

We do NOT offer any design services.  How you upload your artwork is how it will be setup and applied.

What's the best option?

Typically Embroidery is best, it's long lasting and looks good.  But you are limited to design styles.

Digital print is also great and a better option if you have gradients or a large number of colours.

Turn around times?

We use a blanket turnaround time of 2-3 weeks.  This accomodates load spikes.  Most of the time we are shipping well under that time frame.

Quality & Artwork Usage?

The artwork you supply is what is used.  If you give us shit artwork, don't expect anything better as a result.

If you are supplying us the artwork, we assume you have the rights to use the artwork and you take full responsibility for its use.

Flame Retardant Garments and Mine Site washes?

If you work and have your clothes laundered in a minesite laundry, let us know.  These are very high temp washes and require more specialised options.

We do have FR rated embroidery thread avail but in very limited colours.  If you do require FR thread, let us know.  Standard embroidery thread contains polyesters.
